Belinda Post - Dancer
Belinda Post is a 21 year old with a BA in Theatre - Dance and minor in Modern Languages from Kansas State University. She was on scholarship as the "K-State Wildcat Twirler" for the Kansas State University Marching Band and won several national-world baton twirling titles at the University of Notre Dame. In college she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the dance department. In January 2009 she was selected to represent her school as a Presidential Inaugural Scholar for the Inauguration of President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C. She personally raised over $75,000 for Muscular Dystrophy, directed a benefit for Hurricane Katrina victims featured in Dance Teacher Magazine, directed two "Dance-A-Thons" for Children's Miracle Network, & was twice named "Miracle Maker" by Children's Miracle Network. Belinda has modeled for Hawaiian Tropic, Planet Beach Contempo Spa, GTM Sportswear, and Cache. She also represented K-State in the Women of the Big 12 Swimsuit Calendar. She has been Miss Topeka and Miss Sunflower; and as Miss Leavenworth County, she won the Miss Kansas Swimsuit and Miss Kansas Talent awards in 2009. She is in her first season with Kacico Dance, Reach... A Movement Collective, and is in her rookie year as a Kansas City Chief Cheerleader.
